アカウントを削除する方法
このページでは、大人の英単語のアカウントおよびそれに関連するデータの削除をリクエストする方法を説明します。本ページは、大人の英単語アプリの開発者であるEdo Sensei LLCが提供しています。
アプリからアカウントを削除する
アプリにログインしている場合は、アプリ内のアカウント削除ページからアカウントを削除できます（アプリ内のリンクはログインしている場合のみ機能します）。
リンクは次の手順で見つけることもできます：
- アプリにログインする。
- 「マイページ」タブをクリックする。
- 「設定」ボタンをクリックする。
- ページの下部までスクロールして、「アカウントを削除する」ボタンをクリックする。
メールでアカウントを削除する
メールでアカウントの削除をリクエストできます。その場合は、account-deletion-request@otonanoeitango.com にメールを送信してください。
アカウントのメールアドレスからメールを送信した場合は、そのままアカウントの削除を進めます。
別のメールアドレスからメールでリクエストを送信した場合は、削除するアカウントのメールアドレスに確認メールを送信します。このメールに返信して、アカウントが自分のものであり、削除を希望することを確認する必要があります。
削除されるデータ
アカウントを削除すると、それに関連する個人データ（メールアドレス、学習統計、カスタムカードとグループ、モチベーション写真、プッシュ通知トークン）を削除します。気が変わった場合に備えて30日間データを保持し、30日後にすべてのデータを完全に削除します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
How to Delete Your Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Otona no Eitango account and the data associated with it. It is provided by Edo Sensei LLC, the developer of the Otona no Eitango app.
Delete Your Account from the App
If you are logged in to the app, you can delete your account from the account deletion page inside the app (the in-app link only works while you are logged in).
You can find it by:
- Logging in to the app.
- Clicking the "My Page" tab.
- Clicking the "Settings" button.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Delete My Account" button.
Delete Your Account via Email
You can request deletion of your account by email. To do so, email account-deletion-request@otonanoeitango.com.
If you send the email from your account email address, we will proceed to delete your account.
If you send the email request from a different email address, we will send a follow-up email to the email address of the account to be deleted requesting confirmation. You must reply to this email to confirm that it is your account and you want it deleted.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, we delete the personal data associated with it — your email address, learning statistics, custom cards and groups, any motivational photo, and any push notification token. We keep this data for 30 days in case you change your mind, and after 30 days it is permanently deleted. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
